Servitor summons on login if player had it summoned before logout. Servitor buffs are stored in DB when the servitor is unsummoned or when the owner logs out, and they are restored when summoning the servitor back. Noblesse Blessing has the same effects it has for players for pets/servitors now, if the pet/servitor dies having it, its buffs are restored after resurrection
